It’s a fact that whatever you put out to the Universe you will get back. What energy are you putting out to the world today, on this magnificent day meant to celebrate love?

The Impressive Woman Defined

The Impressive Woman. You know her. You admire her. Maybe you envy her or love to hate her (for shame).

This is what she looks like:

She’s got it all together.  She impresses people wherever she goes – work, school, home, playground, fundraisers, bottle drives, beach fires, and family reunions. She is caring, intelligent, and fun. She bakes delicious chocolate-chip cookies, looks as great in jeans as she does in a dress, and always has time for a friend in need.  She has frailties but hides them well. She doesn’t dwell on them, but she has fears and limiting beliefs, too.

She looks like your mother, your sister, your girlfriend, your colleague, your boss.  She is all of us. She is you.

It's 2012 - Stand Up, Speak Out and Shine!

How will this year be different than the last for you? What do you intend for yourself? Where do you want to be this time next year?  When you look back on 2012, what would make you feel like you’ve had the best year of your life?

These are some of the questions I’ve been asking myself and my clients as we enter the most exciting time of the year. We have a clean slate. We are authors of our lives. We have pen in hand and it is up to us to determine how the story will evolve.  Speaking of books, I have just signed with Balboa Press, a division of Hay House Publishing, to launch a new piece of work that will truly be an expression of my authentic self. I won’t give it away now, but stay tuned and check my website regularly for updates.

Authoring a book is one way that I intend to Stand Up, Speak Out and Shine in 2012.  I am encouraging everyone to make this their mantra for the New Year.  My upcoming workshops are designed to give you the courage and confidence to Embrace Your Potential™.   

Let me explain:

Stand Up. How do you define success? What are your core values? Get clear about what you really want your life to look like in 2012 and then commit to making the changes in how you are being and what you are doing so you can create a life that inspires you every day!

Speak Out. You have a voice. You have gifts that were meant to be shared with the world.  Communicate with confidence in your circle of influence that you are intent on creating a new and wonderful life.  Inspire others with your passion for living in possibility. Come together in a community of people who are up for the challenge, just like you!

Shine. Imagine how it will feel to look back in one month and see the progress you’ve made toward your vision of success. Your confidence will soar every time you make a choice that is in alignment with what you truly value. You will sparkle... people will see it. They may not know what is creating the difference in how you look, but you will know. And you’ll smile.
